The most dangerous AI organization may look perfectly aligned

The most dangerous AI organization may look perfectly aligned.

Call it Coherent Wrongness.

Its agents cite the same doctrine. Teams make the same tradeoffs. Evaluations reward fidelity. Dashboards stay green because they measure compliance with the map, not contact with the terrain.

What drives it is Actorless Execution: doctrine moves straight into action, but contradiction from customers, regulators, physical operations, or the market never returns with enough force to revise it. The system becomes excellent at obeying a false premise.

Ordinary misalignment creates friction and visible disagreement. Coherent Wrongness removes both. AI then turns one mistaken belief into thousands of consistent decisions before consequence reaches leadership.

Do not add another alignment layer. Trace one decision from doctrine to the boundary of consequence and back. If reality cannot stop the workflow and change the doctrine, the organization is a hallucination with a budget—acting at machine speed.
